RUN for Japan #3 Start Time: 1st Run 9am 2nd Run 10:30am Course: full loop, counterclockwise(go uptown)=about 10K. ★RUN for Japan is a free event- but we'd like to ask everybody to bring at least $1 for donation. ★At previous 2 events, We have raised about $18,000 with 450runners/walkers/supporters. ★We are sending running shoes to Japan with the donation because...who doesn't need shoes? We got a support from a company in Japan to provide us running shoes for a lot less than retail price, and ship them to the damaged areas.... (1st destination- Ishinomaki City, Miyagi) Special thanks to Ms Yuko Kosugi for providing information and connecting us to Ishinomaki. Also we are getting amazing help to purchase shoes for less than retail price, and ship them. ★Would like to have Tshirt? please bring $20 for donation! ★Would like a tech-T? order from this form (http://bit.ly/jXXnjV ), and bring $30 for donation! Our shirts were very popular at JAPAN RUN on May 8! ★Please bring your own water. It will be HOT. ★Not a runner? that's totally fine! You can walk! There are many short cuts in the park.
