performance part of it was as high as 112, which might be
disappointing for some people, but I would have said that mine was
lower in that regard perhaps...Anyway, yes, it's true: it's not bad,
and it's apparently at least within the range necessary for what I
want to do in life, and I should be very grateful for that. (But the
absent-mindedness is terrible! I mean, it's better now that I've
gotten a handle on it, but I'm also, as a 30-something now, more
inclined to expect precision from myself and get more disappointed in
myself where, when I was younger, I tried to play off being
disorganized by clowning around.
About hormones/pro-hormones being risky...I think that's true, and
it's good that that point is raised. I don't have time at the moment,
but I could describe some pretty erratic behavior that I exhibited
when I took it: not sleeping was one thing; I'd also get moody and
overly emotional (probably when the pro-hormone was taking a more
"feminine" channel through my system, no? I mean, when it was
converted more into female stuff that I shouldn't have)...I think it
also made me aggressive sometimes too...Not good, really. You know
what I think is crucial? Exercising rigorously while taking it and
also taking very little of it. I think the exercising rigorously
ensures that it takes a more masculine pathway--becomes testosterone,
basically, instead of progesterone, which I definitely do not want it
to! (Obviously, but FYI, I am a man, not a woman!)
Well, all right. That's interesting. Sounds as though the case was
that people really just had not heard of it. That probably means (1)
it's not that good--maybe has an especially good (but not necessarily
a safe) effect on me sometimes and in certain regards but wouldn't for
other people; (2) it's risky and wisely avoided...Your responses have
given me pause to reflect on all the negative aspects of it, which I
definitely did experience...so I think that I'll focus on creatine
exclusively for the near future at least, do research on it and post
about it and also play around with it, but I'll leave the pregnenolone
alone. Thanks for your thoughts.
Aha. All right: so you guys just hadn't heard of it. That's
interesting...This all
