of the stomach; that nitrosomine then enters the bloodstream, travels
through the blood-brain barrier, damages the insulin receptors in the
brain, causes insulin resistance, area-specific diabetes, and
Alzheimer's; and years before full-blown Alzhemer's, a general dumbing
down of a person.
Yea, or nay?
And if Thiamin Mononitrate doesn't form nitrosamine or a significant
amount of nitrosamine, what about sodium nitrite in bacon, ham, and
other cured meats and the claims that they are the cause of
Alzheimer's?

Has anyone had any luck with long-term use of...
coconut oil?
I know there was a discussion where people were considering consuming
it for it's ketones which the brain uses as an alternate energy source
to glucose. I poo-pooed it at the time as probably being bad for the
heart. Has anyone here had any negative or positive results from
longterm use of it? What brand do you use?
