Alleged witness sits next to alleged victim and hears her give a statement to the police. The alleged witness contributes to the statement. The a few days later the police phone the alleged victim, and tell her what the suspect has said in his statement. The victim and witness then tells the witness. A few days later the witness then goes and gives a statement to the police. During the course of giving his statement the police tell the witness what the suspect has said in interview. Is the evidence of the witness or victim valid?

My husband works for some people I believe are crooks. A few weeks ago he asked off for my graduation from college. The idiot owner didn't take it out of his pay and "dock his check". This week the idiot comes up to him and says "Were you off this week?" He said no. My husband said "2 weeks ago". The idiot came back and said "well let me dock that off your check and go back and redo the check!". 1) Is it not the owner's responsibility (as he has owned this business for 30 years or so) to know when his employee requested off and take it out of the check THAT week? 2) Can he really go back and steal that money out of the check? Each week the idiot makes the check later and later and seems to make up reasons to take money or shorten peoples pay.

Hey everyone. I am a 19 year old guy and I have attraction to guys and sometimes girls, but I only see myself in a relationship with a guy. Am I gay or bi? Problem is, I am closeted to everyone and if my parents know I like guys, they would for sure kick me out. I know for a fact no one in my family would accept me, as they call me faggot, make fun of me for never having a girlfriend etc. I love my family, but it kills me when they make fun of homosexuals because I would love for them to love me for who I am, but it will never happen. I believe I am clinically depressed because I have all the signs of it.. such as nail and finger biting, feeling lonely, crying often etc. I tend to fall for many different guys, but there is this one guy I have fallen for so hard, I'm still trying to get over him for over a year. It's hurts me emotionally because I have never opened up to anyone because I feel so trapped in my own skin all the time. I would love to have a happy relationship, one that my family and friends would accept my partner being together, and get together during holidays, family get togethers etc, but I never see that happening. My brother often has his girlfriend over and she is like family to us, but it breaks my heart knowing I will never have that oppurtunity. Basically, I am begging for help in what I should do, because I feel like this feeling "trapped" feeling is only getting worse and worse.

Um the scars are from cutting and there are some scars on my arms/wrists that I need to hide and I'm wondering if its bad to draw over them. Also no one knows I do this, and I'd like to keep it that way. I need to hide them because it's almost summer and my parents expect me to wear t-shirts. Um please don't tell me to stop or to cut somewhere else because I've already started doing that, I'm now doing that on my hips because that can easily be hidden. So I'm just wondering if drawing over them is bad, and why, and also if you have any other suggestions on how to hide them, I'd appreciate that too. Thank you. p.s. I'm 16 and female.

I've got two nine year old pit bulls, and my little girl is now having some trouble with her hip when she gets up after laying on it for a while. It takes about a minute, then she's fine. They're both still VERY active and play like puppies, so I'm wanting to start them on a glucosamine regimen. I got GNC pets Hip and Joint Supplements, but they REFUSE to eat them. I've tried hiding it in everything, and it's just not happening. To the point where I hid it in some wet food mixed with dry, and my boy just stopped eating when he got to the pills and walked off (he left wet food!), and she just finished hers, with chewed up pill laying next to the empty bowl on the floor. Considering my dogs are like little garbage disposals, they must really taste horrible. Any ideas on any better tasting and effective supplements??

Ok, I have a 3 gallon tank with 3 zebra daniios, 2 ghost shrimp, and a cory catfish. I got them a week ago and now it's time for their water change. I don't have a filter, you see. I read I should do partial water changes so I guess I will. But i really don't like netting the fish out. I have a 360 cylinder one and it is a pain to net them out without crushing them against the wall. So can i just change it with them in it? Because then I can scoop the water out in a bowl. Would it be ok to add aquaSafe with the fish in the tank? And yes I have expirience because they sold me a cory and it died next day and i crushed it a little trying to get it out. please help me, i really need it.

I think a file I downloaded a few days back caused it... WELL basically my laptop (its vista 32bit) RANDOMLY RESTARTS itself and an error code comes up but it quickly closes, too fast to read. Also my cursor keeps on blinking which I mean that the loading wheel constantly goes on and off Also lots of errors pop up like "_____ has stopped working" some with "debug" options. Would a system restore fix this? Would the system restore uninstall the antivirus that I just installed? In need of serious HELP
