I gave a bottle to my mother she uses it instead of expensive skin lotions (some of which actually contain small amounts of coconut oil). You can also use it to whiten your teeth. If you take a table spoon and let be in your mouth a few secs it will melt, rinse your teeth with this and then brush them, your teeth will look really white after a few times. Coconut oil is also good for the gum and so on. The list is really endless.

And if Thiamin Mononitrate doesn't form nitrosamine or a significant

coconut oil?
I know there was a discussion where people were considering consuming
it for it's ketones which the brain uses as an alternate energy source
to glucose. I poo-pooed it at the time as probably being bad for the
heart. Has anyone here had any negative or positive results from
longterm use of it? What brand do you use?
