Orchid appears to be offering a disclaimer against potential future
liability. The company has the appearance of a chemical supplier, and
not a supplement wholesaler with the legal liabilities that entails.
Rather, Orchid claims that their product may serve as an input to
brain health supplements intended for human consumption, such as what
Sabre Sciences offers.
