here capable of completing this many sessions and relaying the results
to the group? I can try, if enough people are interested, as I have a
good amount of free time. Maybe we could have some do 50 sessions. I
can try to do 75-100 daily.
Probably it would be best to look at which N level we start at, and if
we are able to advance significantly to levels such as 6 and 7 after
these intense bouts. The crux will be for us to differentiate how the
results vary from normal session lengths, if they do at all. Also note
that this comes out to approximately 1 hour of DNB per day.
I think a good skeleton program would be for certain users in the
group to try 1 hour sessions daily for 1 week and post results. Other
brave souls can do 1 hour daily for 2 weeks, and post results. Vikings
among us can do 3 and 4 weeks and post results, as well as terminal N
Level.
for simplicity, we will assume that there is no difference between a 1
hour session, 2 30-minute sessions, or 3 20 minute sessions as long as
they are performed within the same day. Also, if 30 minutes are missed
one day, let us assume that one can "make up" for this by adding 30
minutes onto the next day's training (Hence we have principles of
"breaking up" and "making up" our sessions)
Next assumption: all training will be DNB ONLY. That means no other
modes.
For the next bout of research, we'll try other modes such as TNB and
QNB, and maybe even multi-stim.
Alternatively, we could try to petition Jaeggi to incorporate and
answer some of our burning questions about these less-used modes with
their next study. Otherwise we are on our own in terms of
experimentation, with each other as guinea pigs.
Excited to hear results.
