Re: Most N back sessions in 1 sitting? most N back sessions in 1 day?

actually that has been moved up.

first to 20minutes.

then 30minutes..........

then 35 minutes.........

and now up to 1hour with demonstrated benefit

:)

i didnt mean to say that doing dnb for 1hour a day is not beneficial.

i indeed believe that doing dnb for 1hour a day is superior to
30minutes a day, for the record.

beyond THAT number is where i become skeptical.

I do not think it is significantly beneficial beyond 2hours...........

so, i dont think there would be much gain to practice 4hours a day as
compared to the results of 2hours a day........there may be gain
alright, but not the same linear pattern as 30 minute jump to 1 hour,
1 hour jump to 2 hours............

sorry for my lack of clarity.............

i am a strong advocate of 1hour a day of dnb.............

as for your 'making up' time on other days...........consolidation via
sleep affects results................

i think that two separate days of 1hour each is superior to 2hours in
1 day...........due to this consolidation process.

therefore throwing that monkey wrench into the mix may skew the
results downward.........
