[ Other - General Health Care ] Open Question : I am waking up early no matter when I go to bed, is it ok?

For the last several years I've got used to going to bed at 2am and waking up at noon or even later, if I got very tired during the day. Now during the recent several weeks I am suddenly waking up at 9-30am which is very early for me. I just can't go back to sleep, I feel refreshed and everything but then after some time, by now it's several hours, I am starting to feel very sleepy. But by that time I can't go to bed already, I need to wait for the evening. By the evening I am literally like zombie and in the recent days I've already started going to bed at 1am. Is something wrong with my health? Why did this change suddenly occur? The only thing that changed recently is that I started doing sports again but I can't see how this can be the case because even though there has been a huge break of 6 months I had been doing sports before and that was not affecting my sleep 1-2 years ago. My age is twenty-something.

um well i live i an apartment and theres never anything weird that happens in the living room, but if i am in my room i will see my cats chasing something and always looking at something, but nothing's there.. and also when i am in my living room sometimes by myself, i will here stuff get knocked over like from the bathroom and stuff, even if my cats are with me and couldn't have knocked it over. and when i am in my bathroom, my bathroom door opens.. but my door handle has to turn to open.. so it's kinda creepy. and tonight, i woke up around 3:30, and tried to go back asleep around 3:45, and i was in my moms bed (she doesn't sleep in her room so i do) and i heard the window blinds being moved, like someone was pulling the string that made them go up.. and so i sat up and looked at my window, and it looked like they were moved. i got freaked out and came into the living room and i went to get on my laptop, and then i saw 2 white light orb-ish things go past me.. but that could've been my imagination... do you think i might have a ghost in my house?

I'm 14 and I'm bulimic. Only one person knows and he doesn't mind cuz he knows everything about me. Like he knows that I cut and that I have borderline personality disorder and he said he'd always love me. He's my best friend. But I'm wondering if any guy would ever date a girl like me if he knew about the issues I have mentally and physically also I've been taking to a guy a lot recently and he told me that he may have feelings for me and he's really great. He always talks me through emotional issues and stuff and he only know about the cutting. Would telling him about the rest of the problems like scare him away? Or should I just not worry about guys cuz...well I'm 14 lol

I'm really wanting to look into buying a realistic electronic drum kit as I don't have enough space for a real one. I wanted to try and find a cheaper off-brand (knockoff) version of a well known model or manufacturer's. Possibly Roland or Yamaha. I'm looking for an off-brand since I don't have much money to spend on it. If possible, I would like to spend under $200. Keep in mind I am looking for a kit, not a pad or drum machine.

i have a weird white bump that is some what painful (like the pain you get when trying to pop a zit) and it's right on the "labia majora" i think is what it's called? the lip? idk if it's an ingrown hair or something, because i DO shave down there regularly, or if it could be from me sweating while i work? could it be an ingrown hair, or possibly a pimple? should i try to pop it?? thanks

Im taking an anti-depressant and in the last 3 months they have made me gain a stone (thats 14lbs) and continuing to put weight on. So my doc prescribed me orlistat. But to take them im not allowed to consume more than 5% fat. Which means no milk, cheese, butter, oil, fast foods, crisps, chocolate, my goodness this is going to be so hard! So i need some food ideas that are less than 5% that I can eat. Also, how long does it take to work before you start losing weight and how much do you lose? Cheers, Lyssi xo

Yesterday i attempted to poke someone really hard which resulted in my finger bending the wrong way (from the pip joint) Now it's all swollen and large ): it hurts a lot when i bend it and i cannot even bend it all the way. its very stiff and hurts when i touch the joint or when i push my finger against anything. On the inside of my palm it is all blue-ish purple behind the pipjoint. What should I do? is it dislocated or something? ): how long will it take to recover?

My sister went to Michigan to live with her boyfriend and she's been hanging out with some chick and she went on this whole trip to California that I just now found out about, and I feel like this chick is replacing me. My girlfriend left me for a cell mate six months ago and it's obvious I was replaced there. My mom might have breast cancer. I'm close to hyperventilating. I love these people all so much and it feels like they're all either gone completely or slowly slipping away. I don't feel close to anyone else really. Hi, im looking to get my wisdom teeth removed, but am not sure if i need to see a oral surgeon or just my regular dentist. Ive heard if the tooth is below the gum then its recommended a oral surgeon remove it and if not your dentist should be able to do it like removing any other tooth. My dilemma is mine have hardly broke the gum, like maybe 10% of the tooth is showing so im not overly sure could anyone give me any advice or recomened the best option, thanks guys

I made it as simple as i can. Hes a regular customer. told co workers and boss hes cute the last time he comes in, the boss start teasing me in front of him. one time boss tells him that "he has a fan" and points to the back room where i was at the time.. when i came out.. the cutie looked at me like "OH ITS HER". when asked my mate what he did when boss said that.. she said he just smiled. Ever since the teasing her comes in pretending to be texting. one time serving him at the counter, boss comes behind me and tells him "Oh shes glad shes serving her favourite customer" me off course gets embarrased. same day when i was giving out his reciept.. offcourse without looking at his body language i heard him say "you can keep that" the tone sounded bitchy when i asked the boss what he do when he made that comment.. he said he just smiled. i never really talk to him or look at him becoz im shy. caught him after serving him another day turning around looking back at me.. a day ago i served him, while serving him he said sumthing according to ma mate but i didnt answer him since i didnt hear him. at the counter he sid sumthing again which at that time i saw him saying something to me but didnt hear him so i didnt wanted to be like WHAT! so i just ignored him an put his food through, an when it came to giving his change back, he sid i can keep that, but iwasnt sure if i heard right so i ended up trying to give the money back but he jst laughed an goes u can keep that. Today he came into work when i wasnt at work, my mate said he was all dressed up and it was his day off. an when he notice the boss, and my other two co-workers were working, he asked if its just them working?... so what u think guys?

Did walk through on July 30th our landlord said everything looked fine and that we took very good care of the floors and we were going to get all the deposit back the next day. When the time came to pick up our 1300 dollar deposit check he said that he had a feeling he needed to go back into the rental, the evening after we did walk through. He said he found water damage from the freezer leaking water onto the hard wood floor. Now he is stating he is only giving us 350 of our deposit back because he has to replace the floors. Is this our fault? This happened AFTER we were moved out and did a walk through. He then wanted to do another walk through after the water situation. Is there a law on this type of situation? I dont have money to take him to court considering he is basically stealing 1,000 dollars from me. We are in Washington State.
