According to Wikipedia, the World Health Organization's recommended amounts of the ten essential amino acids per kilogram of body weight are as follows: Isoleucine 20mg Leucine 39mg Lysine 30mg Methionine + Cysteine 10.4mg + 4.1mg (15 total) Phenylalanine + Tyrosine 25mg total Theronine 15mg Tryptophan 4mg Valine 26mg My lean body mass is 165lbs or approximately 75kg. So in order to make sure I am getting the right amounts of each I should just multiply the listed numbers times 75, right? I would love it if a medical professional such as a dietitian would reply, though I will appreciate any informative posting.

Okay so I dont start my period for another 2 weeks. Its the same routine every month. I start two days after my 28 day cycle. its been like that for half a year now. well the other day my bf was over & we were messin round...keep in mind im still a virgin. well i went o the bathroom and i saw blood. but its not like the normal amount for a period. its been 3 days and it seems like its goin away kinda but its still kinda dark red/brown. can you tell me whats goin on??

Ok, so, the thing is this. Im 15 years old, 150 cm, and the last time I checked, I weighted 43.2 kgs. Is this overweight for a teenage girl my height and age? and dont say that i am going to get taller, because i wont. When I was 12 years old, my doctor said that I wouldnt grow anymore since I was born prematurely. I have been afraid of becoming overweight, and there is also this clique of girls in my school who always call me fat, and i think that i am starting to believe them. I have been going to the gym 3 times a week (monday, wednesday, and friday) for the past 3 months, I have been doing 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill, and then doing 3 rounds using the apparatus (there are 12 of them, and you switch apparatus every 45 seconds.) Even though i do this, i still havent seen any form of change. and I have stopped eating sweets during the weekdays (i only have a little bit on the weekends.)

im quite young, but sexually active. im not going to put my age because then i'll get more comments about that than my question. so anyway, i had unprotected sex recently (i know, im young and dumb and 'thats why i shouldnt be having sex'), but my main worry is how i'll even tell if im pregnant. i've had my period for about two years and im still properly regular, and i know the stress of knowing i might be pregnant could make me even less regular (stress seems to affect my cycle a lot), so i never really have a due period, so how will i tell if i miss it? i dont want to just wait three months and see if it comes because then it would be too late to do anything.. i know i've fucked up and you can judge me all you want, but does someone have answers that might actually help?

me and best guy friend who i have been friends with for 4 years have got close in the last few months . We text all the time and most people think we are a couple . Yesterday he texted me saying he had broken up with his girlfriend and that loves me yesterday . We started to text as we normally do and he asked me to be his girlfriend by text . I told him yes because i like him and i have a feelings for him and thought i should take the chance because he had asked me out a few months ago and i rejected him . He invited me to go and spend time with him today and go cinemas later this week . Then today morning he texted me telling me that he was drunk last night and he isnt ready for a relationship . Then he started saying that he is still with his girlfriend and he hopes that we are still mates and we have just continued texting each other as normal . My 4 1/2 year old son was admitted to The hospital Tuesday... The doctors say everything physically checks out fine (blood/urine/EEG/MRI/etc) so he is physically healthy... So it's all neurological.. He has severe autism with seizures.. He has been on trileptal and clonodene... The neuro at the hospital says the 7ML's of trileptal is way too big a dose and that could be a bit as to why he's acting up and in the hospital now... The reason we admitted him to the hospital is because for the past week or so he hasn't been his happy/active self.. He seems to be scared of something and trying to run away to get away from it... Seems like he's having panic attacks.. He lost 8 pounds in about 2 weeks from not eating much.. And he ALWAYS wants to eat.. So when he doesn't, it's worrisome. He was 48 pounds and now 40. Just before he went to the hospital, he was on the verge of hurting himself!! Diving head first into his bed, throwing himself on the floor,screaming uncontrolablly, nothing/no one could calm him. We actually called 911 since we were so flustered and scared. The days before at his day camp, we picked him up early 3 days in a row since he was having major crying spells and just not himself. Now he is starting a new med called rispirdone... He will be in the hospital probably into next week.. Nobody really has any answers except to say that they need to get the medicene right and that could take some time.. Everything else with him checks out fine.. He's been checked 4 times here recently between his dr and the ER.. Physically he's healthy. So, to my question.. Has anyone with an autistic child ever had to go through something like this???? It's realllllly worrying my mother and I.. It's very very hard to see him this way.. Of course I start thinking he could waste away and die since I dont know what else to think!!! It's just really hard because he is NON VERBAL on top of it all!! Advice plz!!!!

Is there anything i can use to cover up my vainy chest? :S? i have a vainy chest always have, i noticed it when i got boobs :L anyways,, i was wondering if there is anything i could use like fake tan or tatto cover up to hide it? :S i know that stuff is kinda expensive,, espeically tatto cover up i can imagine which is why i wanna know if it would work if i brought either...? :S x & i haven't tried concealer but have tried foundation and it just doesn't look right, and u can still see the vains :( :L & i want to cover up, so i dnt have to wear t-shirts or scarfs in the summer so please dnt say wear clothing over it :L
