I graduated from high school a couple of months ago. I've been a pizza delivery driver, construction worker, door to door salesman, and I currently work at a temp agency, where i do mostly flagging and directing traffic for events. In school I took a massive amount of science, it really interests me, as well as criminal justice and law in general. I live in the Seattle area, specifically Kirkland, and I have to move out by the end of the month and start paying for college myself in the fall. I need a job that is interesting and stimulating and could possibly drive me towards my goals. I would like to go to college and eventually join the FBI or some other government agency. I was thinking of maybe working at a private investigation agency, but I think they look for a fair amount of experience. Anyone have any ideas on what I could do?

So. I am a girl, 14 years old. My parents and i are active in the mormon church. sighhhhhh. i don't agree with the mormon church. I hate when my parents say "Were going to the temple". I have been a few times with the youth group and its weird. Babtisms for the dead????wtf. To the point, I hate being a mormon, I just want to live life. You only live once. And how can i be happy if im stuck with all these stupid rules like no coffe or tea. Why in the heck cant we have coffee or tea??? No tattoos, no dating till your 16 and thats double dating. you cant single date till your 18. I hate thisssssss. Stupid, pointless, rules. All I want to do is live my life the way i want, do what makes me happy, and live every moment like its my last. Im not gonna do drugs or any of that sh*t. but gosh what can i do? im stuck. I said to my boyfriend the other day that I think he needs to get a job so he can have an easier lifestyle. We live quite far from one another and I pay £45 every time I go to see him, and as he has no job he barely comes to see me. I felt as if it is always me doing everything for him and he is being lazy and not even looking for a job.

my mom apparently came over to help me out but from the start it seems like she didn't want to come n only decided to come because of tradition. i sent her a plane ticket upon her request n she came for 2 months. problem is that we have one bedroom. no guest room or extra bath and my husband is not ready to leave the bedroom. in the past me and hubby always use to leave our room for my mom, dad or brother whenever they visited. even for 4 months at a time. but this time my husband is not ready to do this as he is always very uncomfortable with this arrangement and our baby will also be sharing our tiny bedroom. when i told my mom all this 6 months ago, she said she's totally fine with it but ever since she reached here 3 weeks back, she's been complaining every day that she is uncomfortable and that i should be ashamed for making her sleep in the livingroom. now my brother is also planning to come for a few days with his wife and my mom is insisting that we move the baby's crib out in the living room and give the room to my brother and his wife. btw my brothers and sisters never leave their bedrooms whenever we visit them but my mom keeps insisting that i ask my husband to leave the room for them. hubby is also being stubborn. he is willing to arrange for my brother's stay in an expensive hotel instead that'd cost us around 1000 bucks for 4 nights. i'm 39 weeks + 3 days pregnant. very stressed out. thanks to my mom who is here to help but actually creating stress for me every day. i can personally sleep any where but cannot make my husband do the same for my family. i feel caught in the middle. what should i do?

i have really big thighs, though i actually have a flat stomach. is this normal? and is there anyway to get rid of it? Dont say its fat because i know its not, it dose not jiggle or move. ps. is there anything i can wear that will help the problem, because i dont like wearing shorts or skirts because of my big thighs:/

It was February, 2000 and my wife and I had just returned from an International Dog Show that was held in Frankfurt, Germany. It was late at night and we went to bed, exhausted from the trip. I was in the "half awake and half asleep" state when I saw a six-foot-tall demon with bat-shaped wings and an ugly, twisted face flying toward me! It seemed like a real classical demon right there in my bedroom. I put my arms out to stop it and it grabbed my hands and started pushing toward me with all of its might. It was grunting and growling as it kept on pushing toward me. The power struggle seemed last for several minutes. I controlled my fear the best I could and kept on trying to hold it back. The demon seemed to be winning and then with an unexpected burst of energy I pushed it off of me. The demon made an angry cry of defeat and left. It's still etched in my mind so clear, and now I believe that demons are real. The best thing I learned from this is that you can beat a demon if you can control your fear and you don't give up the fight

The only people that are allowed to attack Obama supporters for their blind support of him are the people who've remained consistent in their criticism through the last administration as well. It's not fair that blinded two term Bush voters get to make fun of blind Obama supporters, when we the more objective crowd had to put up with you guys for two terms. And many of you do admit that he was a bad call, and I appreciate the honesty, but for too many it took 6 years in to finally get the wheels turning, and by 2008 it was pretty much a given. So why knock crazy Obama supporters in year 3 when it took many of you 6-8?

Okay, here's the situation: 1.I am 22 years old and have been with this company for about 6 months. 2.About two months ago, this 22 year old girl was hired into my department. 3.When she first came in, I sort of showed her the ropes and showed her how things were done and we sort of bonded over that time period. 4.Since then, we have grown closer. We talk every day at work. We talk about life, movies, music, sports, and etc. We also have inside jokes and joke and laugh together. 5.She always sits next to me at company meetings. 6.Sometimes, she'll come over to my desk and sit and talk with me for 30-45 minutes at a time. During these times, we talk about our weekends, and about life and joke and laugh together. 7.Sometimes, she'll tell me her hopes and dreams for the future (for example, she'll tell me how one day she wants to move to Florida). 8.Earlier this week, she said to me: "I have a friend who told me last night that she is driving to Alabama next weekend. I was thinking of this when she told me because you went to Alabama last weekend. 9.Most of the time when we are talking, she will have a smile on her face and will look directly into my eyes. Sometimes, I'll make her laugh histerically. 10.Sometimes, we'll tell each other stories about our past. 11.She doesn't talk to anyone else at work nearly as much as she talks to me. I'm also the only one that she ever comes and sits with to laugh and joke with during the work day. 12.There was this one time she asked me where I go for lunch and then asked me if it was any good. 13.The catch to all of this is that she has a boyfriend and will mention him ocassionally in conversation. 14.We don't have each others numbers and don't talk/hang-out outside of work. 15.Sometimes, I'll say some little joke that clearly isn't funny but she'll laugh anyway. And sometimes, I'll be discussing business related things with her and she'll have a little smile on her face while I am talking to her. 16.Keep in mind that she doesn't act like this towards anyone else at the office. She hardly even talks to anyone else let alone act this way towards them. So it's not like she's naturally flirty towards everyone. So my questions are: 1.Is this girl interested in me despite the fact that she has a boyfriend? What is your reasoning? 2.I want to put myself in a position to be her next boyfriend, am I playing my cards right? Any suggestions to enhance these odds? 3.What are your general thoughts? Ok so here it goes. Theres this guy i have liked for three years now, ive missed one oppurtunity to date him do to me moving, then a few months later i came back weve had sorta of a friens with benefits relationship going on after a summer away i came home all for him to ask me to hang out with him without anything (just to talk) this time. "does that refer to me" then me not having me phone lead to no reply so 4 mins later he sent another saying "im really sorry if it is i havent been ignoring you just got reallly busy at work" then i was like no its not about you haha and asked if he thought i was his game he said no and said hes gonna hit me up this weekend. Today I was at the Dublin Horse Show in the RDS and before the 6 bar comp the Cossacks were due to perform. However I found their performance very unprofessional.. The man fell off about 3 times and the horse jumped over the tape surrounding there enclosure in the main arena.. Then the same man and his horse both fell..landing on the horses neck. He twisted awkwardly and everyone thought the horse had broke his neck.However the horse got up..and I guess since he was stunned he began to back up..the vet and the horse ambulance were quickly there and examined the horse.. however while they were opening the door of the horse box ,the Cossack re-mounted his horse! The vet quickly told him to get off and with the help of a few stewards they persuaded him to dismount and allow the horse to be looked after. Now can some one save the Cossacks reputation in my eyes? Because I was very disappointed. And could some one please explain exactly why the horse began to back up when he rose? Thanks :)

I've loved black hawk boots ever since I got out of basic but they just don't last. I used to wear them for a year before replacing them and now I can't even get 6 months out of them. They just fall apart too easily. Any battle buddies out there know of a brand of boots that are both hard wearing and comfortable to wear, reasonably comfortable will work too. I just don't want to waste anymore money on worthless boots. Thanks.

I recently buyed a new msi laptop with a intel core i5 processor, 4 GB ram, 320GB Hard drive and intel gma hd graphics card, but it heats up when I'm editing HD videos on movie maker ( I guess constantly splitting hd videos could be the problem) Can anyone tell me if this laptop is actually good for my needs or not? What i actually need to know is if I should completely rule out that this CPU (Pentium 4 1.6ghz Willamette) may work on this motherboard (AsRock P4i45GV), because I have already seen it's not in its support list, but since it's so similar to the 1.7ghz version that is there in the support list. Would you completely rule it out or there may be a chance that it works?

Recently I looked in a mirror and studied myself a bit. To my horror, I found a single hair (~3mm) growing right under my lower lip! It's not like a beard hair or anything...it feels like a leg hair or something. I'm a woman, btw, but I'm not pregnant, on steroids, birth control, or anything. Hi! I am 5"4, and 127.5 lbs. I want to be more in shape, and loose some weight. Every other day i ride 10 miles.(Since of 2 weeks ago lol) But, I use a mountain bike and have major lag against those who ride road bikes. I don't really like to haunch over like those on road bikes do. I am also more comfortable in everyday clothes rather then the professional bikers wear to get more speed. I plan on biking 100 miles a week if possiable. So I need a bike that can take me fast and far in a short amount of time. If you have any suggestions I would love to know. Just keep in mind (I CANNOT HAUNCH OVER LIKE PRO BIKERS AGAIN) Thanks!

[ Hair ] Open Question : Advice on saving my hair please!!!?

I've been bleaching my hair since 2008. I get it done at a salon and have only ever had the roots redone apart from on a couple of occasions where the hairdresser went over parts going a bit yellow. The day before yesterday i had semi-permanent brown lowlights put in and it's come out way too dark. I hate it so much i actually want to cry. So last night i shampooed it 4 times with head and shoulders since i heard this helps to strip the colour. Tonight i put extra virgin olive oil on my hair and followed this by shampooing twice with head a shoulders, the second time leaving the head and shoulders on for half an hour, again to help strip the brown away. Tomorrow i have an appointment at my hair salon to get a LOW peroxide bleach put on my hair. My question is, will my hair survive this? I'm willing to treat it with deep conditioning treatments daily if necessary. Please help - i hate the colour of my hair right now i'm desperate to get it back blonde but i don't want to destroy my hair either!! Also, i straighten my hair almost every day. =/ Sorry for the essay thanks so much for reading I appreciate any advice.
