I'm wondering why am I always hungry? My normal day- Breakfast - Oatmeal w/ a banana, not even 45 mins to an hr i'm hungry Snack - Apple, 20-30 mins later i'm hungry then if I don't get something to snack on by lunch i'm starving! Lunch - Turkey sandwich, reduced fat Pringles(about 10 chips) and low-fat yogurt about an hr later i'm hungry again Same thing with my next snack and dinner!!! Yes, I do workout everyday for 5-6 days. 3 days cardio and weights and 2-3 days just cardio. I have lost about 100lbs in the past year and a half went from 300lbs to 200lbs. Has my metabolism jumped? Thanks for any help!

So heres this really cute guy who I think might like me...but I'm not sure. Here is what hes done that makes me think he might Like me: Gave me a hug after I sat with him in science and on the bus we talked about what we find attractive in the oppisote sex In history he told me I have pretty eyes (he was clearly sincere) and was *this sounds weird* waggling his tongue at me. He kept leaning over to smile at me, when I looked he would dance or do something along those lines. But then I saw him in the hall flirting with some girls and he didn't say hi or anything. Yesterday he came up to me and was like "i have to ask you something" but then said nevermind. My friend said she thought he was going to to ask me out, but I think he was just looking for an excuse to talk to me (if that much) what do you think? The other thing is that he's just a generally friendly guy- not a player but friendly. Do you think hes just being friendly...or something else? The other day in science he and his friend were rapping about me and how 'sexy' i was- but his friend was saying that part. whenever i look at him he swishes his hair or dances. I was writing song lyrics in my notebook and he leaned over and drew a question mark, so i told him i was writing a song. He sat and smiled at me for a minute and asked if he could see them. i said "no, they're bad" and he talked about how he writes them too and kept asking me to show them to him. i told him i would if he played one of his songs for me. (we both play guitar) Finally, today he asked me to eat lunch with him (and a few other people, it wasn't just the two of us) he played my guitar and showed me his songs lyrics and kept asking me to show him my songs but I was too nervous. oh and today he showed me another song, poem, and a sonnet. (i write slam poetry) today one of his friends was drawing a picture of me (whose not a very good drawer) and i said EW IM UGLY, and he responded, no your pretty. and our table was talking about uniqueness he said, 'you were cut from a different mold, your unique and there are 'no other molds like me' i asked him if that was a good thing and he said yes. I am really, really confused. Do you think he's interested in me or just being friendly? and was he going to ask me out? oh and if he could explain why you feel that way, that'd be great

When I do an online search for "ephedra" in yahoo or msn, I see a website ranked number 3 that has all the original formulas. Is it true that the original formulas must have Ephedrine Alkaloids to work? The original Stimerex-ES which I took is so far the strongest I have tried. The Sure Trim is not bad either as it has 24mg ephedrine alkaloids from Ma Huang. Has anyone tried any of the originals yet after the ban took effect back in 2004?

After a recent excursion to my local library, I have come to the unfortunate conclusion that the librarians in my area are terribly unfriendly and rude. I go to four different libraries (each is close to home), but have only encountered three nice librarians out of about fifteen rude ones. As someone who is going to school to obtain a degree in Library Science (aka Library and Information Sciences), I find this very offensive. Also, as I am currently employed at a place that promises customers excellent and kind service, I find this even more offensive and unacceptable. The librarians in my area mostly treat people very badly (one of the reasons I choose to use the self-check service because I don't want to have to deal with them). I was actually discussing this with someone (who also thinks the librarians are rude), and many of the people I know attribute rudeness to those in this profession just because of the service provided by the libraries in my area. I don't usually get miffed about bad service. There were two times in the past when some teens were rude to my mom for no reason (once at the mall and once at a restaurant, the latter of which tried to steal money from us), but the situation is so bad at these libraries, that I think it's a big issue, and I rank it up there with the bad teen service. Considering that the city websites often post jobs for library positions expressly asking for prospective employees to exhibit top of the line customer service quality, I find this very hypocritical. So, questions: Is this just my experience, or is it the norm? How's the service in your area? Is there any way to leave a complaint (that would not offend anyone and that would actually DO something)? (I also know several people who would gladly leave one or several) Point 1: Librarians get a pretty nice salary (esp. if they have a Masters), so what's with the attitude? Point 2: I'll use cops as an example (seeing all of those dead bodies, dealing with people who hate them - I don't, getting cursed at, constantly being under stress), and though there really isn't a reason to be rude, if anyone had a reason...it would be them. In contrast, what's up with librarians? What do you think of this? And I guess I'll throw in a book question: Most memorable first line in a book that you've read.

This is so crucial so that I can get paid and, ya know, eat so -- I am eternally grateful for any help. I have this code that converts numbers in General cells to Number cells. The code needs to work for data of a various amount of columns and a various amount of rows, though. It starts at B2, and goes down some amount of rows, and over some amount of columns. I used Bob Martin flea product on my cat 2 weeks ago but i am uncertain that it has protected her. She is biting herself a bit and is leaving a residue of what looks like flea poop wherever she lays. I have more flea product, is it safe to use it 2 weeks after having already done it? I have just brushed and cant see any fleas on brush but she has a black coat so seeing whehter there is any on her is impossible.....

Hey everyone :) I already have the main setting and characters for my book. It will be of a 14ish girl who used to live with her dysfunctional mother and brothers at home, and would only see her dad a few times a year since he is the owner of a circus that travels worldwide. After a divorce between the parents, the girl's father gets custody of her, against his will. Every couple of months, the circus moves to a new area, causing all the performers to live throughout the city in different levels of housing, depending on their income. The girl's father only pays for her to live in very low income homes/apartments, usually in ghettos, while he lives richly. The girl is usually roomed with acrobats and freakshows. Anyways - Here is the first two paragraphs that I JUST wrote very quickly. I just wanted to know what people thought. "C'mon, drink it up, that drink cost a lot of money you know" Maggie said, as if she was the one who bought it for me. She began to force a tilt on the bottle that was to my lips, causing it to dribble not down my throat, but down my chin. She didn't seem to care that I wasn't drinking, or perhaps didn't even notice, she was just happy that the bottle she was tilting on to my lips was lightening, the liquid was going somewhere. You know how you have to wait a while for the water to warm up, before you step into the shower? My mom always had plastic bins situated beside the bathtub, for us to catch the cold water in, instead of simply letting it drain. She would remind us before breakfast to bring our bins down so we'd have something to drink with out toast and eggs. My brothers and I would run back to the bathroom, pick up our bins, run back down the stairs like soldiers, and dump the bins of water into the clogged sink, as she instructed. Mom never filled up the glasses before breakfast time, instead, she always waited for us to be sitting down and waiting for her. She would then take our glasses one by one, scooping them into the sink of water, like a ladle in soup, then firmly returned them by our breakfast plates. Throughout the process, she would self-indulgently twist her body far more than was necessary as we all stared at her, impatient, yet silent. In her mind though, we were amazed at her swift elegance, and our impatient tapping on the table was brought on by our desire to have our own children, so that we could become the same kind of mother to our kids.

In our GCSE today, the question was the above and it gave us 4 options: 1) Soprano 2) Male Alto 3) Tenor 4) Bass It sounded quite low for soprano but then it definitely wasn't bass or tenor. However, the voice part definitely sounded female and I didn't think there were any 'male' altos in the piece, just females. In the end I went for soprano because of this, but when I consulted my book it said the altos open but it didn't specify the gender. Can someone help me out here please because it is really annoying me! Thank you in advance :)

I've been with my boyfriend for just over a year now, we used to have sex about 2 times a day (this was in the like first 5 months of us going out) when we had the time (weekends and that) and he always showed that he was sexually attracted to me. But now he doesn't seem bothered about it, he doesn't show that he's sexually attracted to me and I always have to ask for sex or imply it its always me that has to start it off and its getting boring. I want to know that HE wants ME! He is very affectionate to me and he does show me he loves me and I know he's attracted to me physically but I'm worried he isn't sexually attracted to me anymore. over 2 years ago, left abusive ex. and was coerced into signing paper to say would not make claim on jointly owned property! Took some money, personal property and car, which was in my name. recently had communication from his lawyer, regarding possible sale which can't go ahead without me signing off on property legally..I saw lawyer here in England, and she thought was prob entitled to some..as he cannot sell without my signing, but she had to bow out when he threatened me with legal action, GOD knows what for, as she has no knowledge of Scottish law. As he has offered a paltry £5000, before threatening legal action, I feel he is bluffing, but can hardly afford to take the risk without proper advice. Advice anyone?

So I have a 3 year old little boy, he's spoiled rotten by my mom, she buys him anything he wants when they go to the store, and it's become extremely hard on my husband and I. We can't afford to buy our son something every time we walk in the store, and when we do buy him something it's small, and he doesn't appreciate it. He actually got mad at me because I wouldn't buy him a new bike the other day, he just got one for his birthday and he told me he doesn't like it. He's very unappreciative, he's a sweet child, always says please and thank you, uses his manners etc... but has no concept of money. I've told my mom no more toys from her, unless it's a special occasion, and I explained to her that he now earns an allowance, and he can buy toys with that money. Do you think that will help him become more appreciative, how do you teach a child that toys cost money, which you have to earn.

I have decided to start working out, exercising and eating right. As far as everything goes it has been easy, except the one nagging issue: WHEN should I eat WHAT? I work out 4 nights a week and 1 day for just jogging. I was wondering if there was some specific foods I should eat before I work out and specific foods after. As a rule of thumb I was kind of taught to eat a little food for the few hours before and eat a bunch of protein rich foods after. Is this a good rule? Is there something I can make sure to eat first so I have it in my system while I work out? Thanks for the help all!

the HR manager said they will make a decision within one month and said "because we are just beginning our search/just advertised" "have other interviews to do" . Then the other interviewer (the immediate boss if I got hired) quickly said "it will be about 2 weeks.... but if u have anything, u can call ms. _ (the hiring manager)" I read I website that it's bad if they say "we're still in the beginning of ur search" or the likes. I come from a family with a lot of family values. But my husband behaves aloof & insensitive most of the times. It hurts me & I have cried over this a lot. However I try, I am not able to get beyond that big brick wall that hides (?) all his human traits (if it's there)! But he is extremely friendly with his friends (behaves like a bachelor). Since I am staying with him alone, it really effects me a lot since I have no one to interact with. Is he trying to control me? The only solution that would keep me healthy mentally is to get emotionally detached from him so that I won't get hurt & cry over his behavior. :( I don't want to talk to him regarding how I feel since he will start an argument with it and I will only lose my energy. There's this guy I had been flirting back and forth with for months and he finally asked me out. He was a perfect gentleman and always has been. We had been drinking and I ended up going home with him and one thing led to another. The next day we made awkward conversation, he drove me home and even walked me to my door. 2 days later he left for home ( he lives 20 hrs away). The night we were together he asked when I would visit him but was it only a post-coital haze that made him ask? I haven't heard from him since (and I did try to contact him). I just recieved my Zorua from GTS, and it was level 30 (as I requested). So I checked on bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net when it evolves and was surprised that I only needed to level it up once more! So I ran to the nearest place with level 20 - 28 trainers and equipped "Lucky Egg" (Low Level + Traded + Lucky Egg = 2x exp.) and when I sent it into battle, I saw it was a level 30 Sawk! I had no idea what it's ability was, so I thought I had a hacked Zorua :D When I checked his ability and found "Takes appearance of back pokemon in Party" I was relieved! Anyone else have a similar experience? I know I was pretty silly... lol!

Ok, I live in a small flat and the neighbour upstairs is constantly playing very loud music. Not till 3am or anything like that, although there have been times when it has been half 7 in the morning but i can actually hear her music over my tv. Now, the problem is, i am in a wheelchair so i can't exactly go and knock on her door and ask her to turn it down. I have asked her politely to turn it down, I have even given her my own pair of headphones as she told me one of the reasons she has it so loud is she cannot find any headphones. Now, she is having personal problems at the moment so i dont want to make things too difficult for her, but am i being unreasonable in not wanting to hear her music when I am trying to do something in the flat? or watching tv?

[ Skin Conditions ] Open Question : Help! Cystic Pimple Treatment?

I normally have very clear skin...but lately I keep getting cystic pimples on my chin and they are very painful! I had one about a month ago and it finally cleared up...and now im starting to develop a second one! Im assuming that its stress related...since I everytime im overly stressed or crying over something I can feel one starting to develop within hours. What can I do to prevent these? I never used to get these before...even if I was stressed. Is it hormonal imbalance? I use proactive and murad and it doesnt help prevent them! Plus, it takes FOREVER for them to clear up! What can I do?
